I am a senior consultant radiologist at the mammography section at Östersund Hospital in Sweden.

I have conducted VAE Startup Workshops at Capio S:t Göran Hospital Stockholm, Bröstcentrum Södersjukhuset Hospital Stockholm, Unilab Kristianstad Hospital, Ryhov Hospital Jönköping and Tampere Hospital in Finland 2023. 

Proctor of VAE Workshop at International Breast Masterclass Munich 2022 and held VAE Workshops at Swedish Kirurgveckan 2022 and 2023.

I have held resident courses in breast diagnostics 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023  in Östersund and 2019 in Reykjavik and held individual workshop ultrasound and VAE 2018. I have lectured and trained residents at the Swedish national radiology conference Röntgenveckan 2015, 2017 and 2018.

 

 Mammography physicians in Sweden are few in numbers and high in demand. Therefore, the matter of education is more relevant than ever. This is one of the reasons why I teach.

 I graduated as ​a physician in 1995 from Umeå University and I received my license in 1997. Since then I have been working as a radiologist. I became a specialist in 2003 and became consultant 2007. Mammography has been my main occupation since 2011. Earlier in life I have worked as a teacher for 3 years and worked abroad for 3 years.
